There is a question on SF86 regarding international travel on Foreign passport. I travel on Indian passport prior to becoming a US citizen and acquiring a US passport. I had a green card at that time . Once I became a US citizen i never used Indian passport which eventually expired. So for this question how should I respond yes or no.
