SF86 foreign passports - include previous expired passports?

I’m dual citizen and completing my SF86. Regarding disclosing foreign passports on the SF86: I have an active passport for the foreign country as well as many old expired passports spanning decades. Am I required to only list the current, active one?

The relevant question isn’t particularly insightful, it reads as follows:

Have you EVER been issued a Passport (or identity card for travel) by a country other than the United States?

Complete the following if you answered ‘Yes’ to having been issued a passport (or identity card for travel) by a country other than the U.S.

Kudos to you for reading the question and understanding that it is an “ever” question. Most people don’t catch that primarily because they are too lazy to list expired passports. Be prepared to answer some questions about your obligations and intentions regarding your foreign citizenship.
