Anyone know what the turnover rate is for BIs at Peraton? I have been getting a ton of work that has messages indicating the original BI who was working this case is no longer with the company.
They try to hide attrition by pretending it’s not happening but it’s very high.

I have trained 9-10 new investigators over the last 5 years and only two are still with the company. The rest were done in under a year.
