What are my chances for an SF85P with past issues?

Title: What are my chances for an SF85P/Public Trust with my background?

Looking for realistic feedback from people familiar with SF85P/Public Trust investigations. I want honest opinions, even if it’s hard to hear.

Here are my concerns:

In 2012, I had a Disorderly Conduct charge with a domestic abuse assessment.

In 2024, I was arrested for Battery, Strangulation/Suffocation and Criminal Damage to Property with domestic abuse assessments attached. The charges were declined/dismissed and there was no prosecution or conviction. I submitted paperwork to Wisconsin DOJ for fingerprint/arrest record removal.

I have some employment concerns including job terminations and leaving jobs abruptly/walkouts in the past.

I have debt in collections including an unemployment overpayment and other debts that I am actively trying to resolve through repayment and communication.

No drug use, no theft/fraud history and no violent convictions.

I understand SF85P is a Public Trust suitability review, not a full security clearance, and I plan to disclose everything honestly.

Realistically, what would likely be my biggest hurdle here? Would the dismissed 2024 arrest, employment history or financial issues be the main concern? Does showing proof that I’m actively fixing these things help?

Please be honest.

I am by no means an expert but I’ve had some troubles in my past and I was favorably adjucated for my PIV card a few weeks ago. Investigator called me today and I have an interview set up for tomorrow he seemed very nice and honestly I think as long as you’re upfront and honest there’s always a shot.
