I am posting a follow up question to a previous post I made.
I was told my application was transferred to DISS and that I should hear back from someone at DoD to fill out an ICAM application and once that application was approved I would get notification form DEERS to make an appointment to get my CAC.
This was almost three weeks ago and I know with the holidays things are delayed but I am the ONLY one on my recent hiring team that is still waiting. I have an active secret clearance adjudicated favorably by DoD.
Could there be any reason why there is this delay? The agency I am planning to work for is affiliated with DoD but requires as TS/SCI.
