Canda Solutions?

LOL y’all we can’t make this up!!! Canda going hard with hiring investigators and I’ve asked around and spoke to one of my friends who just went there, stay away, she is leaving too!! I interviewed and haven’t accepted my offer. They only have DCSA and have not won any new contracts. The aggressive push to hire FIs is to replace everyone that has left. The folks that are there are leaving because it is so bad there. Hardly any communication, very little support, the company has gone through several leadership changes, but don’t worry, they are offering raffles and prizes at their hiring events. What a complete joke. They say they have respect for investigators and then tell us to attend their events for raffles and prizes.

SCIS did separate from being under CANDA. Scis has the 1098’s while CANDA had all W2 investigators. The workload has increased tremendously. I’m so happy they made that change. Things are finally starting to feel normal again

I’m not sure what CANDA you are talking about especially since you never have worked here! I’ve been here for a year and it’s been the best place to work. Yes, there is pressure to produce but find me a vendor who doesn’t pressure for production. Communication has been great and it’s improving as the year has gone by. The team I’m on hasn’t lost anyone in 6 months and I’ve had the same team leader the whole time. Been the best place to work and I recommend to anyone.

Sure….you don’t sound like management or anything…LOL

To be fair, there was seven months of no work and little to no communication (at least from a 1099er perspective).
