CBP Credentials

Hello, I was hired by a contractor and received my ICE credentials and still waiting for my CBP credentials which has been approximately 13 months. Is this normal? Also, the contractor had DCSA update my TS security clearance about 3 months ago. I assuming since they had to update my security clearance, could this possibly by why I haven’t received by CBP credentials? Anyone have any ideas on this?

I thought CBP used public trust clearances, moderate or high risk.

I spoke with the company in January, and they stated they’re also frustrated and nothing they can do about it.
