It’s my understanding that CRO at Paragon will not be needed and Review will be done for Sub Paragon by CACI Reviewers? Anyone know anything? It’s too bad the company with the least amount of integrity won the contract. Shows you how the customer feels about “integrity”
I’m wondering what the benefit of staying at Paragon is if CACI is taking over everything anyway. Paragon treats me better, but CACI has better PTO and health insurance. If I’m going to be treated badly no matter what, should I just go back to the dark side?
Why don’t you wait until everything is finalized. Why jump to conclusions?

I served more than half a decade there already.
I spent the last 7 years at CACI, and it’s currently intolerable (as of December when I left). My advice is to sit tight until all of the contracts settle before going back. They were once a fantastic place to work, but not any more. Hopefully they flip back to the good environment sometime soon.
Is there a reason you would think the environment will change? Not a rhetorical question, but wondering if you have any thoughts or information that would indicate a change. Where did you go from CACI?
No concrete indication that it will get better…. Just that it’s constantly cycling so pretty much wishful thinking.
