This was under a DCSA Investigations header and has a date of 2022. I think this is the info that shows only 2 companies.

The Government will release two, nearly identical solicitations concurrently, against which it anticipates awarding two single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts (one per solicitation). Each IDIQ will have the same five (5)-year ordering period, equal guaranteed minimum contract values (anticipated: $150,000,000), and equal maximum contract values (anticipated: $2,250,000,000). Figures… DCSA/NBIB/OPM never learned the lesson when you just let 1 or 2 companies go after the cheese. I was there for USIS, ISN/GDIT, and now possibly this one (depending which company gets denied). I think I am about done. I was hoping to keep working a few cases here or there to supplement a new business venture but I think I will just lick the wounds and bow out this time if my contractor doesn’t get the renewal.
