Dual Employment as Contractor

Hi,

I am having 2 offers on the table. I would be an employee for 2 different contracting companies working on 2 different contracts supporting the same government department, such (DHS). One role requires a Public trust, the other a Top Secret. The roles support different agencies within DHS. What are the chances I get caught? What are the chances that my job will let me work for both? How do I best go about this?

Comes down to the language in both contracts regarding other employment. Some are specific about what other activity that is a conflict of interest.
