Can one do 2 cleared jobs at the same time under DOD(army) as a government contractor? Or is it only possible if you do it with different government agencies? Will this affect your clearance if you do?
The issue here is not the clearance but any potential “conflict of interest” between the two employers… and employers tend to have a very broad view of what constitutes a conflict of interest.
I don’t think the government cares as long as you have cleared it with the companies involved.
