Hello. Im applying for a position involving a ts clearance for an adjudicator position of federal background investigations. When i was 20 years old i recieved a DUI. It was expunged. When i was 27 i aquired a ts clearance and kept that for 10 years. I was layed off and ended up working in a different field. I recently( almost one year)was charged with another DUI(20 years later from the first. It was a lapse of judgment on my part. I have a job interview that requires another ts clearance. Will i be denied because of this dui? It will be dismissed on Aug 15th. I can then have this expunged.
