EOD Received when Cleared, but FJO Paperwork Still Hasn't Arrived

Hi Everyone,
I was cleared TS/SCI w/FSP back in August. I received my EOD in the original FJO email, and the EOD is still a number of weeks away, which is fine.

My question: Does it always take awhile to receive all of the final FJO paperwork? I’m still waiting on relocation info, final salary calculation, PTO accrual, etc. It’s been about 8 weeks now. Am I just on the bottom of the HR pile due to my later start date? I’ve emailed and received no response.

Is this for a government job? Usually it does take them a little while to put all the final paperwork together, but eight weeks sounds very unusual. Could be they are prioritizing others with sooner EOD dates.
