Fastest time to get clearance picked up

I have an FSP but I haven’t worked for a cleared project in almost 2 years (went off to do my try my own startup). I have one month until the 2 years are up, but I decided I want to keep my clearance. Is it too late or is one month long enough to get on a cleared project with a company to keep it active?

For reference, I am a software engineer with 8 YoE and in the DMV area.

Normally you MIGHT be able to, but right now with the shut down, that may not be in the cards.
