I had a very difficult supervisor that ended in termination during probation. It was the classic snooper supervisor (a remote second line), looking for problems, even refusing to introduce me to my first line (we worked in a different dpt.) Was fired with no reviews or writeups beyond a petty lateness and laptop security card being left in the computer during three breaks the first month of employment.
I had to put down that I worked and was fired by this clown on the equip. I am applying to a different agency and have been tentivley selected. What does this mean for my equip and investigator going forward? When would my prospective manager be aware of the former? My SF50 says "terminated during probabion with codes that are ambiguous but I assume are related to the security card, lateness.
