That link pertains only to Secret/Top Secret. SCI decisions are made by the agency for whom the access is needed. How do you know you have interim access?
I was told by my FSO in July I was approved for an interim.

I have and he said it was an interim TS/SCI and this is why I am on this form. You have any suggestions on what to do?
Also, do you know about 10 USC 1564?
