So I got a Secret Clearance once.
With me be a good boy and causing no type of trouble.
Would I be able to get it again.
And would agencies be able to see I was granted a secret clearance before.

Yes, and most likely yes.

You need to provide a bit more info. How long ago did you receive the clearance? If it is within scope and in JPAS, then employers should be able to see it and pick you up. If it out of scope, most likely you will need another investigation to take place/be sponsored, where you will have to disclose that you were granted a secret clearance before.
