Incident on JPAS

I have an incident on JPAS. Contacted company FSO for follow up. First my emails and calls were ingnored until I call company main office. Directed me to contact OPM. OPM did not really provide any valuable information other than directed me to contact agency FSO.

All I need to know is the status on the incident and time for resolution.
