Can someone with an interim SECRET clearance who is a contractor with USAID transfer the clearance to a State Department contractor company?
I doubt an interim can transfer butt eh new agency can do a quick review and grant their own interim. State is difficult to work with on clearances from my experience. You can bet they have their own proprietary system.
