I eat my words…Peraton just raised their credentialed investigator hiring referral bonus to 10 thousand dollars. It’s a bit frightening and makes me think there are serious retention hiring issues.

apply for investigator jobs elsewhere and see what happens.

I agree with you. We haven’t seen a raise in almost 2 years, but they keep creating “director” positions and other high paying positions. I wonder what metrics they’re required to produce or is it just us modern-day slaves at the bottom? These are not only my thoughts but the thoughts of other investigators I speak with. Every investigator I speak with are looking for jobs away from the industry. It’s a shame because the job itself isn’t the problem. It’s the greed at the top.
