Hello ! If TS/SCI CI poly is active in DISS and is sponsored by DIA. Is that acceptable in IC agencies and can be crossed over successfully to IC agencies ? The clearance had showed red flag in Scattered castle few years back but then DCSA adjudicated favorable and is in active status now. Any chance of working in IC and bringing the record to SC from DISS ?
I would think NRO would accept it. Not sure about ODNI, havent dealt with them much. But one can never tell.
NRO clearances are handled by CIA “usually”. They can be dicks.
Years ago NRO was a sort of joint venture between CIA, Air Force, and Navy, and there was definitely a part that CIA managed. But now NRO is pretty much a DoD organization that also falls under the IC. I do think that CIA plays a big part in managing ODNI clearances.
