How far back in military records like officer and enlisted performance reports do BI’s typically go? Just wondering. Do they even look at them?
They are reviewed to the beginning of your career. You should have no worry unless there was a referral performance report or a do not promote report.
I’ve got a bad OPR–not referral or do not promote–from 2003 timeframe. Just hoping that doesn’t bring up any issues. Are they always reviewed during the course of each re-investigation?
Anything of that nature (job performance/evaluations) means nothing if it is 9+ years old.
