No Record of PR

So i had my most recent PR done i May for SOUTHCOM Contract. The EQIP was DCSA.

I filed for my records with them and they responded that they don’t have any record of it and that it may have been done by another org but they don’t know.

All DOD is done by DCSA other than Agencies.

It definitely was not an IC agency.

Any ideas?

When you filled out the EQIP, did you save a copy for your personal records? If you have, then you can submit that. If you did not save a copy, then file a FOIA for your clearance records in DISS and Scattered Castles. In addition, you can go back to your previous FSO and ask them for a copy or at least who to contact to get a copy.

Once you get your clearance records for your FOIA, it should say who ran your investigation or who gave you your clearance for SOUTHCOM.

In current times PRs are not being done unless there are specific known issues. What DCSA does is initiates the SF-86 in eAPP, has the applicant certify it, and then they review it for any flags or issues. If none, then it is canceled, and the applicant continues enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.

Thanks for response.

Yeah, it was just a CE but in DISS it said PR .

I would think they would still have a record of then researching their systems wouldn’t they?

It depends on which record you requested–your investigative file or your adjudicative file (including DISS record). They require different forms that go to different locations. The INV 100 goes to DCSA in Boyer, PA and the DCSA Form 335 goes to DCSA at Ft. Meade, MD. Use the DCSA Form 335 and get a copy of your adjudicative file & DISS record.
