As long as employees continue to work off the clock and support this company that takes advantage of them the company will continue to do so. Why would they change when they aren’t being forced to but continue to profit. Go to a labor attorney, your state or local department of labor, something. If you feel strongly about making the company pay for their behavior… be the change and try to make it right.
How is Paragon doing these days? Hope the investigators are being treated fairly and have secure jobs.
Not that great. Most are leaving or at least have feelers out. They aren’t backfilling any vacancies either.
Most of us have transitioned to IC, and others have been laid off. As of today, my team went from 20+ FIs down to 5. Sad to be part of the Paragon demise.
