I have passed my CI poly recently and my company is upgrading my clearance from Secret/SSBI to TS/SCI with CI poly. Do they check credit report again in order to upgrade clearances? Thank you.

Yes, it would be a new investigation. It is not usually automatic granting between Secret to Top Secret.

Many times when a new investigation is required and new credit report is run. People have lost their secret clearance trying to get upgraded to TS. Do you have any credit issues? If you do, you should have self reported.
Thanks for the replies. I have no issues in my report, Just wanna know the process so I can see if they already start my investigation. I just saw my report last night and there wwas no soft pull from my credit report so I guess they did not initiate the process yet.
