Polygraph Sponsorship Question

I currently hold an active TS / SCI Clearance.

Company A sponsored a Full Scope Polygraph for me through a pipeline program. Currently waiting on the Maryland Customer to open my packet to start the processing. My packet was submitted in July and from what I’ve been told, they are currently processing packets submitted in May.

Company B would like to hire me, but the program requires a CI Polygraph because the seat will be within one of the Maryland Customer’s buildings (somewhere in Annapolis Junction).

If I decide to accept Company B’s offer and go through the CI Polygraph process, how would that affect my security processing through Company A?

Others on here know better than I do but my understanding is:
if both polys are being done for the same agency, then you may get stuck in the pipeline and have to wait until they sort it out.
If they are for different agencies, most have their own suitability process so you should be able to do both simultaneously.

I believe they are different agencies. I believe CYBERCOM will do the CI polygraph and you can probably guess who will do the Full Scope Polygraph.
