PR update: 5yrs from date of last BI or placed in CE

Morning all,

Been a while since I was an Investigator, if ones last BI was completed in 2018, works in Industry now and was placed in CE in 2021, do they fill out their case papers (SF-86) now as its 5 yrs from the date their BI was completed or in 2026-5 yrs from the date they were placed in CE? If its the latter, in essence they havent updated their SF-86 in 8yrs.
