Hi, I am a naturalized citizen (naturalized 12 years ago). But I did come to the US on a foreign passport that was surrendered when I got my US passport and applied for a visa to visit the country (family still there). Do I still list my old foreign passport (I do not have any details about it with me)?
**You would list the foreign passport with the information you recall or obtain from family members. You will want to explain in the comments section that you surrendered your foreign passport to (person/agency/ect) on (date to best of your knowledge) when you obtained your US passport. **
