I have received a tentative job offer from Dept Of Veteran Affairs. I completed my physical and fingerprints on 2/14/20. I called OPM and they said my fingerprints have been closed and completed. I called HR and they said they haven’t received them yet. What does closed and completed mean? Should I go to the PIV office or should I just wait until someone contacts me? Thank you!
