I would very much appreciate if you could guide me with a few of my questions before I proceed further with this job opportunity, please.
I have two (2) DUI arrests from 2011. Case #1 resulted in a negligent driving charge, then the case was dismissed by judge. Case #2 was a reckless driving charge, I did not serve jail time. I have complied with all court-ordered/-recommended alcohol related treatments and obligations. There are no other arrests before or since.
My questions are:

I received an offer for a job requiring interim and final clearance. Is there a chance I can obtain an interim clearance? Do they still go ahead with the entire process even after the interim clearance is rejected? And is it possible to have the rejection reversed?
