I was denied 2 clearance crossovers for contract positions that needed an FSP but was never told what the issue was. I guessed there was some unadjudicated information or red flag so I started over. I found a company that would sponsor an initial FSP for me however it’s with the other customer. If all goes well and I get my FSP back, anyone know if I would be able to go back to the original customer (will I successfully crossover) or will this unadjudicated information need to be investigated by them again? Anyone have personal experience with this? The two customers are in MD and VA.
My understanding is that a new investigation, once successfully adjudicated, will clear up the unadjudicated information.
