Untrustworthy employer. Should I let my FSO know or just wait for investigator? (Secret)

Submitted SF-86 for secret. It is an MFLC position on base through a contractor. Nothing in my history whatsoever. My current employer is unethical and petty. The employer verification forms already came in. Our HR person filled the HR one and sent it in.

My supervisor is the owner of the practice. He is claiming he never got it when the HR person gave it to him. I dont know what he will put. Like all bets are off with this man. It is a small practice, like 3 employees I interact with and then a bunch of unpaid interns.

Never had a disciplinary issue, he was even negotiating a one year contract with me before I gave notice. I gave a one month notice which is typical for a therapist. Im still seeing clients as a contractor through the practice now as I have the time and didnt want to leave them high n dry (self employed also listed on sf-86). Last week was my last week as an admin/clinical employee. I was tired of how he was running the practice and I no longer wanted to be admin so I gave that one month notice. I have documentation to back this up if needed.

Literally every staff Ive worked with besides the HR person who filled out the employer form has quit.

Do I let my FSO know to be ahead of anything? Should I wait for the investigator?

Like literally nothing else in my history. Just this guy who I think would try to tank this to spite me for quitting his practice.

You’re probably not even going to have an interview with an investigator if you’re as clean as you say. I wouldn’t worry about it.
