My agency is migrating to the US Access system. I am a COR for several contracts which requires me to be a sponsor for the contract employees. My position is classified low risk public trust. I have a 25 year old drug felony. Never served any jail time only one year probation. No other trouble at all since then. I understand that I will need to be readjudicated in order to receive the new card. How is a situation like this looked at in the eyes of the adjudicator? I have been with my current agency for 14 years and have had all exemplary performance evaluations.
