Was I denied my clearance?

Hello, I am a bit confused and was hoping someone would answer some questions for me
I was excited about this new job and signed the offer letter with the Contingency I get a secret clearance.
I had an active secret clearance a few months ago and and the new employer used that for my determination, so I was able to skip the finger printing and SF - 86 form. Later, I was given verbal start date in December and noticed my status change to Status: Closed, Granted: DCSA Consolidated Adjudications Services, CE: [blank], Re investigation: [blank]. I’m guessing this mean my clearance was granted?
Next week I was given a task that I had to go through a re-investigation where I had to redo the SF-86 form. The form was auto filled with what I put in last time, the only difference is I had to enter 10 years of employment history instead of 7, and for my last job, I put let go due to performance issues and misconduct for using personal laptop during work (I finished my work early and would use it to browse reedit, news, etc. ).
A week after redoing the SF 86 form, I got an email where I had to sign a security debriefing. It was some SF - 312 form. and my offer is now withdrawn.

So my questions are

  1. is my secret clearance taken away or is it still active? can I apply for other jobs that require active secret clearance? I think the performance and misconduct most likely is the cause of my offer withdrawn, but was not given a specific reason.

  2. I have a different job offer that is also on the Contingency that I get a public trust. (I had both a public trust and secret clearance in the past. I am not even sure which one this employer is using) It has been in Adjudication for almost 5 months now, would this get affected in any way?

If there is any other info missing, please let me know. I’m just trying to figure out what happened and where to go from here. Thank you all very much.

hard to tell but sounds like the second part of that was your suitability investigation (different than clearance). If so, that means you got your clearance but you will not be able to work at that agency. But you should be able to apply elsewhere (assuming I’m figuring it correctly),
