I completed my CI poly in April of 2022 and as far as I could tell was pending for adjudication. I ended up leaving that employer in April of 2023. As of this day I have not been able to find out if it was completed it does not appear to show up in the system as being completed. Was it dropped and if so should I have been notified. I have tried contacting my security office and they have not been much help as I am pending for renewal of my clearance. Any advice or clarification would be much appreciated.
It should be there almost immediately. Some of the IC agencies that require a CI poly provided a letter upon completion of the Poly. If you did it through one of the services, like if NCIS did it, it should be visible as soon as they put it in. Did your position require the CI Poly? Did your clearance eligibility ever finalize?
Do you have the contact info for the organization that conducted the poly? They will have a record.
