Who has the authority to view my SF86? I just finished e-QIP and completing my SF86. While I believe I will not have an issue getting a TS clearance, there were things in my past, I’d prefer my potential boss or HR not to see. Is the SF86 only viewed by those investigating or can my potential boss and HR also see what my answers are?
The only people who see your SF-86 are the specific HR or security personnel responsible for initiating, reviewing it for completeness, and submitting it to OPM. The hiring manager is not in that process,
